Busy, loving family of three, with mom and dad both working full time. Mom is a neonatologist at Duke and Dad teaches at UNC. They value family time on evenings and weekends but strive to be productive during the week while having their son close by. The consistent schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm The family will value having someone nurturing who also actively plays with their son in a fun and engaging way. Their candidate will be someone with infant experience who is safe and reliable.

The nanny will be expected to keep the child’s play space clean and tidy and make sure bottles are cleaned, clothes organized but other than that no housework will be required.

Schedule:  Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm total weekly hours are 32

Languages: English. Dad also speaks Mandarin

Experience: 3+ Years of Experience caring for infants

References: Minimum of 2 References, ideally written

Background: Pass a stringent background check

Personality Traits: Loving, engaging, fun, active, intelligent, and reliable

Position Compensation

Salary: $20 hourly

Paid time off: 8 days paid vacation (2 workweeks), 2 sick/personal/weather days, and 6 holidays
